Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aslase (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with AI CEO, our connected marketing and sales operations workspace, together with related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the organizations and individuals who use AI CEO. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information we process when an organization subscribes to AI CEO, when individuals access a workspace, and when visitors interact with our marketing website. Where an organization uses AI CEO, that organization is the controller of the business data it loads into the Service, and Aslase acts as a processor that handles the data on the organization's behalf and under its instructions. For our website and account administration, Aslase acts as the controller.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account and profile information. Name, work email address, password credentials in hashed form, organization name, workspace membership, assigned role, and preferences.
- Organization and workspace content. Data your team creates or imports into AI CEO, such as marketing plans, campaigns, content items, leads, notes, tasks, and approvals.
- Connected platform data. Metrics and records retrieved from third party platforms you choose to connect, as described in the next section.
- Billing information. Subscription plan, billing period, transaction identifiers, the card brand and last four digits, and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
- Usage and device information. Log data, feature usage, approximate location derived from internet protocol address, browser type, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Service.
- Communications. Messages you send to support, and records of transactional emails we send to you, such as payment confirmations and renewal reminders.
3. Connected platform data
AI CEO allows an authorized administrator to connect third party accounts, which may include Meta, Google (including Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and YouTube), and TikTok. When you connect a platform, you authorize us to access the specific data made available through that platform's interface, such as advertising performance, content metrics, and audience insights, in order to display them in your workspace. We access this data only to provide the Service, we do not sell it, and your use of connected platforms remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. You may disconnect a platform at any time from within your workspace.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
- Authenticate users, manage roles, and enforce workspace based access controls.
- Process subscriptions, payments, renewals, and related notifications.
- Generate insights, recommendations, and reporting within your workspace.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Artificial intelligence features
AI CEO includes features that use artificial intelligence to analyze workspace data and produce summaries, recommendations, and drafts. To deliver these features we may send relevant workspace content to trusted model providers that process it solely to return a result to your workspace. AI generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your consideration only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.
6. Legal bases for processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract with you or your organization, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers and subprocessors. We use trusted providers to run the Service, including a payment processor for billing, cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery, and artificial intelligence model providers. These providers process information under contract and only as needed to perform their services.
- Within your organization. Data is visible to members of your organization according to their assigned roles and permissions.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Aslase, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If Aslase is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
8. Data retention
We retain personal and business information for as long as an organization's account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After an account is closed or an organization is deleted, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Billing and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption of credentials, encryption of sensitive integration secrets at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
10. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you are located. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law, including the use of recognized safeguards where required.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If you use AI CEO as a member of an organization, please direct your request to that organization first, and we will assist the organization as its processor. You may also unsubscribe from non essential emails using the link in those messages.
12. Cookies and analytics
Our website and application use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so that we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
13. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
